The F16 is a beautiful and glamorous house situated in Figueira, Brazil, on a plot of land that has a gorgeous view of the hills that surround the city. Its design which was created by Studio Bloco Arquitetura takes advantage of this location and exposes the beautiful interior spaces to these views. The house featured 370 square meters of living space organized on three floors. The entrance is on the middle floor and that’s also where the living room, kitchen and dining area are situated. They form a super wide open space with a chic and contemporary design. The lighting in this space is very eye-catching, represented by a series of LED bands that form intersecting geometric shapes across the ceiling. A beautiful chandelier hangs above the dining table adding more glamour to the space.

The upper level is where the private areas of the house are situated. There are three bedroom suites, each with a unique color palette. The master suite is decorated with neutral colors and rose gold accents for a soothing and chic effect. The second bedroom features a combination of mint green and light wood accents for a warm and refreshing feel and the third bedroom is a guest suite, featuring a neutral palette of colors and finishes. There’s also another really cool room, a music studio which has a glamorous rock’n’roll design and magnificent ambient lighting. The basement houses the garage and all the service areas. Large terraces on the middle and upper level help extend the living areas outside, exposing them to the panoramic views and the morning sun.
