As a result, the residence is eclectic and stands out in a variety of ways. First of all, the location is really beautiful. It has views of the Hauraki Gulf and the Waiheke Island’s pastoral landscape. Two courtyards shelter the house from the harsh winds while also functioning as connectors between the interior spaces and the views.
