Contemporary House in Marbella by A-cero

Travertine stone, marble, water,  glass wall, lightening ,alley, decorative objects, comfortable furniture, big lamps, shiny spaces, hi-tech, leather, space, Jacuzzi, infinite pool, Jaguar. Yes, these words define the house that I will present you in my next few lines. This single family house in Marbella, Spain, is one of the  last projects of A-cero, Joaquin Torres Arquitectos. This property is placed on the outskirts of Puerto Banús, in one of the most famous and exclusive developments in the Sun Coast.

This area is located on one side of a mountain but very close to the coast, with plenty of Mediterranean vegetation. The entrance to the house is more sober, with a path made of geometric forms, and a layer of water that goes to the main door. Inside, the house has wide spaces, decorated with special plants or small areas of water, all of them modeled by natural light. The property is built on three levels: the lower  floor, an open-space where are: the kitchen, living-room, and dining-room.

The first floor has a  private area where we can find the bedrooms, and the relax area with the infinite pool and garage. Although it is a familiar house, in my opinion, this property is big enough to host a football team. The exquisite house focuses  on every detail, so the owners don’t miss anything. That kitchen is every woman’s dream, and the living-room with the interior pool is the perfect place where you can spend quality time with your friends. The big volume over the porch offers the best view over the tennis court and the entire coast.{found on contemporist}.
